just plain tired of being treated like crap and expected to work for pennies. Good riddance Nuance. Just like you gave me no notice in cutting my pay, you get no notice from me. I've spoken with several other of my team mates and they will be following.

More work for the Indians. Soon their cup should be running over.

just like I got when my pay was cut and each of the 4 times they changed my schedule. I sent my TSM an email that said "I'm resigning from Nuance effective today," and left it that. She had the nerve to call me and leave a message to call her so we can "discuss the consequences of what you're about to do." Whatever. What a wonderful feeling it is to be rid of her and Nuance!

Nuance again because you didn't give notice. Funny thing is, so many MLS are leaving, at some point those consequences would be pointless because they will be begging for help. Maybe not today, but eventually they will as a result of what they are killing off today.

I was wondering what consequences there might be, other than burning a bridge... but then I realized that the consequences she was referring to were probably the consequences SHE will face. Unfortunately, if you work on an account with a lot of work, that means the rest of the MLSs will probably get our usual "ALL HANDS ON DECK" e-mails begging us to work overtime! But that's not your fault.

I hope you find something else that pays better and treats you like a human being working in the modern world who has years of experience and training and apparently can "affect patient care" with just one word!

This is working for an MTSO who only hires full-time employees, but yet again NJA most of the day today. We do not have to punch a time clock, but is this really legal? This company may "route" you jobs at any time of day and they require you to be "available" from 7 AM to 5 PM, whether there is work or not. If the work is routed to you though, you best be there (available) to do the work or else you get the nasty grams from the owner. Again, IS THIS LEGAL? ...

I worked 7.18 hours today. I at breakfast at my desk, lunch at my desk. I got to transcribe 2 reports which came up blank for some reason? So, I just did the math, made 6.75 an hour. I know I want an RHIA eventually. But I don't know if I want to go straight for an RHIA or get a RHIT then an RHIA. With the RHIT, I'd be able to look for work in two years (or maybe less that that since I have some college credits). I turned in my resignation 2 weeks ago and my last day is tomorrow. No more nagging about line counts and MUP when they can't even pay me minimum wage (although mine is the second highest in the nation).
