Had to decide today between Nuance and Accentus.
After reading through recent and older archived posts on this thread, I took a leap of faith, followed my intuition, and went with Accentus.
Now I am sitting here crossing my fingers that following my intuition was the way to go. Something about the recent posts about the ambiguity of the incentive plan coupled with that 99% QA score really skeeved me out.
It's ironic, because every place where I've worked, QA was 98%, and I *always* (seriously, ALWAYS) scored a minimum of 99.3. There's no logical reason Nuance's 99% requirement should have scared me to that degree, except for mentally; scoring in the 99+ range just seems so simple when the requirement is 98%, but for some reason, knowing the bar was 99% with very little "wiggle room" just spooked me.
Did that make sense? It's clear in my (albeit overworked and overcaffeinated) brain, but I'm not sure I'm articulating it correctly, LOL!
Also, shamelessly looking for validation from Accentus and/or Nuance MTs here, but opting to go with Accentus rather than Nuance was a good decision...right?
