Anyone been told when new plan unveiled? - sm

Not just our opinions, but surely someone has been told by their TSM or TL or whatever when the roll out will be.  

I think we should all bombard our TSMs  every day with questions about when we find out.  If each of us does this 5 days a week perhaps they will realize we are serious about needing to know. 

I am going to start doing this and will be sure and let my TSM know the reason I am so anxious is because I am holding onto another job that I can just flip over into on a FT basis if need be. I am sure there are many of us doing the same thing.  We have to cover our butts afterall.  

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with family and friends and are looking forward to a Happy Christmas season as well. (Even if we are not as well funded as we would like to be.)

Mine still claims to know nothing about - specifics. Not buying it.

Sounds like a lot of garbage to me. Oh, well, at least we are guaranteed minimum wage. Wonder who in the world thought up this puzzle. It is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.

The sum of your converted lines (typed and edited lines), adjusted for Shift Factor, Platform Factor, Holiday Factor, Difficulty Factor (if applicable) and will be your �Total Compensable Lines�. This total will be used to determine your Converted Lines per hour (C-LPH).

NTS will continue to offer the protection of a minimum wage guarantee within the Patient Safety Compensation Program. MLS not meeting minimum wage requirements through performance and production pay will receive supplemental make-up pay to ensure compliance with Federal and State minimum wage guarantees.

super low base pay but YOU can give YOURSELF a raise. YOU can get your LPH pay as high as those mysterious MTs "x and y and z" do. If they can do it so can YOU. Take all of the Enrich modules so YOU can do better. We won't pay you for that but YOU can pay yourself when you learn what Enrich has to offer. Then YOU can make so much per hour YOU won't believe it!! It's all up to YOU! Get those LPH up! Get YOUR quality up! Get YOUR QC reports under control. YOU can make your pay what you want, it's all up to YOU!!

What WE won't do is anything about the inconsistency in QA or the nitpicking that used to be considered over editing and we won't address the really poor sound quality or the rotten VR reports that need 5 or 6 or more edits per line. Nope, it's all YOUR fault you get paid what you get paid.

Hope they prepared well for the mass exodus.

And how are we supposed to figure out what we get paid each day? I like to know that as I go along. This formula sounds like it will be purposely tough to figure out.

I want a detailed accounting of why I got paid what I got paid. I want to see the QA score and all of the other stuff going on in this formula in black and white every.single.payday.

Yep, probably super convoluted as usual, but let's just wait until we hear the details from our TSMs before freaking out. They know they have to do something because people are so miserable.

I just replied back to that email and I am sure it will be taken that I was being a b!tch. There are times we send stuff to QC that is out of our control. That should not be held against us or factored in our total production pay. What a joke. Who's hiring??

It appears they have done away with our paid holidays.  We can work on holidays and have a bonus (if the facility is open and there is work).  If not, we have to take it out of our PTO or not get paid. This means 65% will see decrease and/or paid minimum wage. They are touting this as the great new comp  (local Burger King is advertising job for $10/hour).  Anyone find out if the QC percentage is just for blanks or include all sent to QA including Audio issues, etc, and will EQA be included.  Also, trying to figure out our pay from week to week is going to be a pain.  I am going to see how this new comp plan works out, but since the conference call, I'm not feeling pos ...

We were told recently a doctor was complaining about the quality of our reports.  I thought that strange as he has no accent and speaks very clearly.  I just did a report of his and his complaints are....do not use 1, 2, 3, etc., spell out one, two, three, etc.., do not leave off THE patient and just type patient at the beginning  of a sentence..do not leave off LABORATORY IS AS FOLLOWS and just type LABORATORY, type what I said.  I said..right on, doc, my sentiments exactly. ...
