survey - How would I describe working for them? - qf

I filled out the survey, let them no EXACTLY how I feel. I don't even care if there are any circumstances at this point. If they get rid of me, then it's meant to be. My relationship with MQ . . . hate it! Would I recommend it to a friend? Nope, never, not in a million years! How would I describe working for them? Insulted that they are so concerned with making million that they ship work to India rather than employ Americans!

Whether it does any good or not, it still felt good to say it to them. And I don't care if it is anonymous or not. They can't fire me for telling the truth. If they do, I will probably make more on UI anyway.

I did the same thing. Would not refer anyone, and lousy compensation. Why not let them know the truth? Like they don't already know, but still....

Even though I posted here that I thought the survey was a waste of time and that they would eventually inform us of all the positive and flattering responses they received, I could just not resist using the words "despicable" in regard to their practices and "abomination" to describe FTR. So I went ahead and sent it in.

Couldn't stop laughing while doing the survey. I can't picture any of the suits actually taking it serious. They are probably too busy counting their bonus money. I did tell them what I thought of them and their company. Did make one useful suggestion though, told them they should have added one more column to the survey...an LOL (bet that would get a lot of activity).

Yes, I was one who received the dreaded e-mail. Like someone said, what chicken s***s to not have the decency to make the phone call in person. Just read through the survey without answering the questions. Waste of time! No matter how many of us answer it and regardless of what we say, after it is all over they will tell us that MQ employees love the company. I am an MT who has been around for 14 years with this company and I have my gripes like all the rest of you. I took the survey and stuck it to them when it mattered. For example, when they ask if compensation encourages people to do their best, the obvious answer is "strongly disagree" right? Before the new pay rule game, I made 7.5 cents (3.75 cents for editing). Then when this new pay game started, I made less at 7 cents. However, I find lately I've been actually making noticeably more money with this pay game. You just got to keep quality and pending to QC under control. Every time MQ sends out a survey they use it to justify a pay cut or cesspool or other "great" ideas. They twist the results of the survey to fit their agenda and then say- see the MTs agree that ASR is better or they are sick of running out of work. JMHO but I am not filling it out so they can use my answers to make my job worse than it already is. ...

Did ya'll take that survey? I sure hope some of our comments here on MTStars, went into the "employee satisfaction" survey MQ recently had. On the question of "how well does MQ work for you", my reply was..."it doesn't" and I proceeded to say that I am worth and deserve a decent salary, among other things.
