Survey results are in! - Look at your e-mail

survey results--they sure did lie about anonymity! - halfmt

Notice the results are addressed to us individually and not the usual rah-rah-cheerleading-go-team global BS we normally get.

I did not do the survey, and I got an - individual email too

It made it sound as if I did, when I did not send one in. It said, "based on your input..." I'm hoping that it means it WAS a canned response.

who cares if they know who you are anyway - nm

I dint fill one out and got the same response - tired

I'm thinking it was a global email, that is made to look personal??

It doesn't address any of our problems, just higher ups. - dnr

:( Especially dropping my pay and changing my job to something that takes longer and is more stressful. Like the crummy ASR. For the compensation we are given, only formatting should be necessary.

survey results - anonymous MME

Does sound like a "canned" response, so even if you got it addressed individually, doesn't mean that the computer system couldn't send one to every person on their e-mail list.

Also, I got 2 of them. Laughed at the statement of 60% response rate. I filled out the survey several times, and heard of others who did the same thing, so of the 60% response rate they said they got, it was from a lot less than 60% of the entire staff, yet I do feel that 100% expressed all the negatives they referred to.

Obviously, they did not mention anything about the pay rate issues, which obviously most, if not all, staff shares this opinion.

Just read it - old and burned out

Did you notice the phrase - dictator training? Has this guy every dealt with doctors? I would like to see them, any of them, submit to dictator training. You can't even teach them to put in the correct work type which is generally 2 digits.

LMAO, thank you - No message

At least he acknowledged there are problems and he did identify places the company needs to work on rather than dismissing the survey results as a bunch of disgruntled employees who complain about everything.

The question is whether these problems will actually be addressed or he is just blowing smoke to keep the masses from rioting. Nowhere did I see any mention of bringing back the 401K match or better benefits or better pay. Solutions to help us increase our production is fine as long as we don't have to pay for it by yet another pay cut.

Please, please - OABO

The last time there was this much smoke was the Chicago fire. This was obviously a concoction put together by the executives in Franklin. I didn't know whether to laugh or be insulted when I saw what he claimed was the TOP THREE concerns of the employees. How about pay increases. You see, if they spend too much money, they lose their bonuses. I can't say I'm surprised, but I expected a little better effort at spinning the survey.

survey results - no name

the only reason that they did not mention pay issues was because there was nothing on the survey even related to pay issues, good or bad!
