Mandatory weekend hours - Second job

My CCM has been harping on us voluntarily changing our scheduled to weekend hours, how "it won't hurt a bit" and you may quote me. I already work every Sunday, but they want me to now work a 6th day, splitting one of my other days where they no longer need me to work, into Friday evening hours. How am I supposed to do this when I already have a second part-time job on the 2 days I have off? If they didn't slash my salary by 40%, I wouldn't have to work around the clock like I do now, which Does Hurt. What do you think they're going to say when I say I am simply unable to work 6 days a week when they command me to do so?

I was forced to rework my hours a couple of years ago being told either you chose the hours and add on the weekend (my schedule had been M-F 8-4:30 for 15 years)or I will chose them for you. Seriously I was beside myself that I would be forced into changing my hours but I wanted to keep my job so I did and now I wish I hadn't given in and maybe they would have gotten rid of me...the time is coming close Q and you won't care I know, but it will be one of the happiest days of my life to be rid of you.

This is what bothers me! I was moved with my primary to a new CCM. I was told I would have more work. WRONG!! It is horrible. Dropped from 24 hours a week to 8-12 hours a week because of having no work.

I consistently look at my old secondary accounts. THERE ARE TONS OF WORK IN THE EVENINGS anywhere from 50-120 reports sitting there to be done and that is 2 accounts each with 50-120 jobs making a total of 100-240 jobs in the evening.

What bothers me is NOT ONE PERSON is working on these accounts in the evening. Then by mid morning, the accounts are out of work. So, there are a lot of MT's who still get to keep their day jobs and have plenty of work to do from the night previous because nobody is working in the evening.

I switched to evening hours over 2 years ago to get work and now I have no work. CAPACITY PLANNING SUCKS!

I work for the NorthEast section of Medquist and my supervisor wanted to verify all of our hours before we started getting locked-out of working hours other than our scheduled hours.
