New weekend incentive...sm - mb

Same old yada, yada, yada. It seems like they set my minimum at too many lines for me to ever achieve it so I don't even try.

BUT did you read the towards the bottom of the email where it says that the payout is Nov 25 EXCEPT for former spheris employees who will get their incentive $$ ON OR BEFORE NOV 5!!???

This is not fair. But then, when is this company ever fair.

They keep sending out these incentive emails and very few people actually work them. My old CCM was supposedly on a task force to do away with these incentives and come up with something actually fair for everyone and GASP a true bonus. Obviously she went corporate and forgot out the little people. How about paying a $100 bonus if you hit your number- geesh, anything is better than this 3 cent crap. Did you know to reach the $500 payout you have to type 16,666 lines over and above your magic number! Most people barely hit their number as it is. As for me, I gave up because they kept raising my number each time.

As for the Spheris thing, yeah I saw that too and it makes me wonder if they are on a different pay schedule than we are, but who knows, they never tell us anything useful just corporate BS.

I don't understand why they set the incentive for the weekend only. We aren't behind on accounts that I know of. I had NJA Thursday. Plus, I don't work Saturday and Sunday. How can I take advantage of this incentive? My scheduled is M-F.

Oh, and my CCM never replies to me anyway.

Here we go again, incentives offered for weekend and having to meet minimum lines to earn the incentive, but work is popping up so slow it isn't even funny. My time card looks like I just clock in and out for the fun of it. Come on! Where is the work to even make the incentive pay? ...

Our region had an incentive where if you worked a minimum of 3 hours overtime you would get an extra $10 an hour on top of OT pay. Well, I put in an extra 3 hours Friday morning. Predictably there was NJA on Saturday during my shift, only for about an hour or so and since it was Saturday and my shift ends at midnight, I had to take PTO. Per my manager, that PTO canceled out an hour of my 3 hours of OT, meaning I didn't get the inventive. What a scam. Let& ...

My lph doing ASR is the same as my lph for straight typing!! - I'm not a fast typist anymore - hands a bit stiff at my old age. I've tried everything, including only using the keyboard and no mouse. I work for the NorthEast section of Medquist and my supervisor wanted to verify all of our hours before we started getting locked-out of working hours other than our scheduled hours.
