I have been working for Nuance for about four months now. From day one, I have trouble with supervisors and communication as well as stupidity!! Is there is quick way to add commas between items in a list? Of course, using Ctl K in front a word will change the punctuation, but it will also change a capitalized drug to lower case, and you will still have to get to the beginning of the next drug which will require 2 Ctl arrows and backspace. Ctl arrow takes you to the beginning of the next word, but you will have to backspace to put in the comma. Adding punctuation to lists is so time consuming! ...

I have had only good experiences with TT account managers. They have always answered my emails promptly and been very willing to be flexible with my scheduliing. AD has always taken the time to make personal phone calls to MTs when more info is needed or something didn't go through the system, to make sure they get paid on time. I personally know someone who works as a middle manager for Nuance, makes well over 50,000 and has had constant raises since being hired. From what she tells me she is very effective, but even the other middle managers who are not at all effective with huge make up costs and teams who fail audits constantly do not get terminated.
