I have been working for Nuance for about four months now. From day one, I have trouble with supervisors and communication as well as stupidity!! It took me THREE WEEKS to get completely trained for ONE ACCOUNT so i could start working. During that time, for 1-1/2 weeks, I was communicating with a person who I was initially told to be my supervisor to find out 1-1/2 weeks later after she finally emailed me back that she was not my supervisor as the account that I had been hired to work on hadn't been put online yet and actually someone was my supervisor. Now, that originally account is finally online and I have been now in touch with ANOTHER new supervisor for the training. I have emailed her three different times for training. In my emails, I have told her that I can only train in the evenings after 5:00 p.m. and that I work at another job during the day and cannot receive company emails. She wrote back to me one week later after my first email that she was available any night after 6:00 p.m. and to let her know what night I could train with her. I gave her my schedule and then never heard back from her. I wrote her another email late last week and got an email from her tonight. She obviously was very upset over the fact that she had sent me two separate emails for two separate training sessions, one at 2:00 p.m. and another at 3:00 p.m. and was upset over the fact that I didn't not attend either one....WHAT??? This is now my third supervisor who seems to have less training than a high school student. I know that this company outsources to India, is my supervisor really from that country and can't really read English??? I work 50 to 60 hours as week because my husband was laid off and really don't need this.....
