I sincerely doubt that the company big shots are reading the postings here, plus the anonymity wouldn't make your thank you mean much. I think our supervisors are in the same boat with us. However, to keep their jobs, they have to color their communications to staff (us) in the manner stipulated by the company. I have been using OLD system with Windows 2000 and Outlook express to run the Digital Dictate and Express Delegate. It is finally starting to give me issues.
