Have any of you ever had an issue with a current Operations Manager at MModal?

I think I may have dealt with that person once and seemed helpful but did not seem to be readily available another time though and just dropped the issue but may try reaching out again soon. They all seem a little flighty to me.

I have had issues with mine. I have had 4 different ones and found only 1 to have the personality of a rock. No communication unless and until you do something wrong. Hardly ever gets an email replied to in less than 4-5 days. She is very negative, arrogant and I am hoping to still be here when she falls off her pedestal. She loves to attempt to be nice to you but you can tell it's killing her and then she has to ruin all of that with snide remarks. I have gathered/formed this opinion in very few emails and team meetings. Morale is low, even more so becauseo of her.

I really stay to myself most of the time so I don't know much about what goes on at MModal. I didn't even know who my OM was until the e-mail came one day. It was the rudest, most arrogant e-mail I've ever read. I responded nicely as I felt I should explain myself...to which I was greeted by another hateful e-mail. This person was a complete stranger to me. Too bad for her because her life must be miserable.

I remember from about 2 years or so there was always another person above OM but they don't have it listed on the emails anymore that are sent from ccm. Maybe you can ask your ccm who is above the OP?? They have no right talking to you like this. You should stand up for yourself. Maybe even the regional team leader would know who the person above is.

I really wonder if anyone cares what we think or feel or if someone is rude, nasty or arrogant to us. We are here to bring in the moolah (to some of these big companies) and best to not be seen or heard from unless they want an answer and it's an answer that makes them look good. Some are trying to protect their jobs and they don't care who loses theirs, just as long as they are sitting pretty. I am a firm believer in karma.
I, too, communicate as little as possible and just do what I have to do and do it well and get done and go on with my own life away from the job. It is the only sanity I have.

they are protecting their own job. While they get paid salary we have to work for peanuts. I don't think I will be able to do this much longer. Planning on having a professional resume made up next week. First step is to check the phone book and see where I have to go to get this done and plan on taking a day off to do so. This is job is one keystroke away from being an assembly line job.

I have had only good experiences with TT account managers. They have always answered my emails promptly and been very willing to be flexible with my scheduliing. AD has always taken the time to make personal phone calls to MTs when more info is needed or something didn't go through the system, to make sure they get paid on time. I read about this a lot, and really wonder why does a company over-hire? Why can't they start off with a few MTs so they can feel-out the account and number of jobs? I personally know someone who works as a middle manager for Nuance, makes well over 50,000 and has had constant raises since being hired. From what she tells me she is very effective, but even the other middle managers who are not at all effective with huge make up costs and teams who fail audits constantly do not get terminated.
