I want to change things here - there has to be a way

Im know for my big mouth and speaking my mind...Everyone including me is on here bitching, that is counterproductive and makes for a long day..This job is an IMPORTANT job, not just every idiot can do it..I enjoy the challenges that come with it, even though there are times I would like to pull my hair out...With that I'm opening my mouth and making a move...So I am asking what you guys want me to include in my email...Constructive critism only please...I know most of the problems, but I dont know them all..I hope I dont lose my job out of this but sometimes you just have to take a stand. Ripping the higher ups is not going to happen, its a business and they are in it to make money fact of life deal with it..But there are ways to more effectively manage US and make us more productive and willing to come to work again..

but apart from the abdomination of FTR, they are always "fixing" things that don't need to be fixed and not fixing things that do. They are now rolling out Remedy, which I will call Remedial and like everything else they roll out, the instructions do not work and you have to call Support. Sometimes when you do this you get someone who can help and sometimes you don't. It also takes much unpaid time to do this. Since I rarely make out a ticket, I think I'll leave it alone until I need it, if I ever do.

My main issues has always been that we the MTs - sm

are always the ones being blamed and punished (too many reports to QA means lower pay, low pay for ASR, lowering the top pay scales so MTs making higher pay had to take a pay cut) for reports that aren't 100% perfect. I have always and will always say it is the DICTATOR who needs corrected, not us. I know they won't do anything about this but why come down on the MTs and try to make us feel like crap when it is garbage in, garbage out. This is such a no brainer and yet year after year MTs get harped on about quality, blanks, etc. Come on, this is not rocket science. If you can't understand the dictator you can't have a complete and accurate report. Duh!

I was called out on the carpet a few weeks ago because I typed the exact credentials that were dictated that later on I found out were incorrect. You can guess who was blamed for the mistake.

I know this b/c I specifically could not find a doctors name in the database for one particular job and I blanked it, wrote it down so I would remember the job number and what I blanked and when my corrections came through today, that name was filled in as if I put it there, there was no blank no more with a correction that I put in the incorrect name. I noticed things starting to change at WMX when they bought that transcription company..what was it about 1 year or 2 ago. As changes were constantly being made, even our managers werent as nice as they used to be. I started there more than 7 years ago and it was great back then, but then after about 5 years, things started happening and none of the changes benefitted the MTs. ...

Gets so frustrating every day to constantly get the bad dictators over and over. Hundreds of different dictators on this account, yet I get same bad dictators, 3-4 reports at least in a row of each bad dictator lined up, and they aren't due back for quite some time, compared to the many other better dictators that were dictated long before the ones I am getting. And they wonder why no one wants to work OT...what's the point. If things aren't fair during my shift ...

Have ya ever wondered, WHY is it that we get "audited" when we are having really, really bad work days? Why does the "computer randomly chose" (ha!) the most difficult, awful report to review? I have read the archives and saw that QA can be tough and M-Modal isn't the greatest software.
