Can't get an answer from my CCM.... - Kiki1

I've asked numerous times; all get ignored. I have asked what happens if I can't get my hours in (I'm FT) in any given week (s).....Will I lose my health insurance? She picks and chooses which emails to answer. Any FT'ers who regularly find it next to impossible to get their hours in -- did you lose your benefits?

Don't feel lonesome. There have been many times when I cannot get my hours in (FT) and so far haven't been hit by loss of any benefits. It just pulls your hourly rate down every quarter. Noticed not much work on my "primary" accounts and getting all sorts of other accounts not familiar with.

get my hours in I'll still have my benefits. I'll need them to go to the doctor for all the stress-related illnesses I'm sure I'll continue to get......

If your CCM doesn't reply within 24 hours, escalate to the Area Manager. This has worked for me every time, but not sure if that's the rule or the exception. Good luck.

They tell you to escalate the problem, but what they don't tell you is when you go over your CCM's head he/she will will target you and make your life miserable. Get ready for more audits and more scrunity of everything you do. Totally not fair, but been through this several times.

I had extenuating circumstances in my life (mostly my health and hubby's), so I went to part-time. But before that I did lose my benefits (which I really did need)because it had gotten harder and harder to get time in. I also took all the cuts in pay and was one of the first to volunteer to go to ASR. And that was the real beginning of a downward spiral. I have not grumbled as I watch my pay keep being cut, because when you are in certain positions a job is better than no job, and I simply cannot work outside the home. Oh well, i wait for Karma to set in... I am a Tier 3 and I NEVER get a transcription job any longer. It is all ASR... I miss a lot of things, Dignity is foremost missed.

I was acquired 1 yr ago. I had 4 years service with previous company, and was told we brought that with us, so I assume now I have 5 years service, right? I've run out of work a few times this morning but each time for just less than 15 minutes. I understand we cannot do a remedy ticket until we are out 15 minutes. I live in Chicago Illinois. Like many of you, I am production but get payed so little a line even making 160 lines an hour I make minimum wage for my "state" which is currently $8.25 (pretty sad).
