SoftScript how long it takes - MLS

Does anyone know on average about how long it takes to hear from SoftScript once the application has been filled out and resume sent? Thanks

I heard back in 1-2 days with an email to choose an interview date. (They gave a choice of a few different dates and times in the email). After that the hiring process goes rather quickly.

It goes pretty quickly but they are strict about needs that they have. I offered a schedule for part-time and it was not what they needed so did not get hired. They only needed full time MTs.

I applied a little over 2 days ago, filled out the online application and pasted resume. Haven't heard anything yet, applied for full time. I will assume they are looking for someone with not as much experience.

I stated "I will assume".... because of what I have read over the last day on this board about SS for the last 2 years. I read on one thread that it seemed not to hire anyone with more than 10 years experience/prefer under that due to CPL. I do not know that to be true, therefore, "assume."

No worse than those on this board assuming a company is bad or good based on what they read or hear. There are many that come here and search in archives and/or recent threads and make their decisions based on "assumptions" they read here. Usually, there is no way to prove 100% what they read is true or not unless they were there. And for the record, my "assumption" was just confirmed. I was told "we are sorry"...., "currently for the positions we are recruiting, you are over qualified...." and something about retaining my information for 6 months. Have a nice day!

What does it matter what she does or doesn't "assume??" It is HER decision. Good grief. Not to mention their latest add states "3 years of experience." Not or more, not 5 or more, not 10, etc. I would make an assumption based just on that, let alone reading posts here, but I would still probably try applying, couldn't hurt.

How is one to obtain facts here???? Where everyone has an alias name? I won't even get started. This is your opinion, and it certainly does not make you right, and everyone has their own as well. They have to live with it, right or wrong, it is not about you, or me for that matter. That is part of the problem with so many people...can't let anyone have a different opinion without ridiculing in some way or another, or implying that person is wrong because their opinion or "assumption" is different and not letting something rest until it becomes an argument. i have worked there for many years so i have knowledge regarding the situation -- i think when you assume things at any job that it is not a good idea PERIOD. This is my opinion PERIOD. -- j

i would say this is not the forum to obtain those facts and that the company you are speaking of is the place to obtain those facts

I haven't heard from this company either, have 13 years experience, put my available schedule as open, didn't matter what days or time. It has been over 3 weeks since I filled out their application and have not heard a thing. IMHO, it would seem that with a company placing an add every week, and if they were hiring so many as stated, I would think by now I would have heard SOMETHING. I have called, left messages, no call back. Ridiculous and unprofessional!

Doesn't make sense to not hire someone because they are too experienced - if the CPL offered is not what you are looking for, then move on.

It has been 9 years since my one and only raise, so after hassling CCM for last few months, she finally got on the ball with it. First, I had to have an audit, which was done on 10/01 and my score was 99.89, so she went ahead with the paper work. I'm strugging through some horrible dictators and having to use the foot pedal non-stop to relisten. The backspace goes back at least a full sentence and sometimes half a paragraph and trying to go back, forward, back, forward trying to find that one word I have to re-listen to is taking a LONG time.
