The cushion on my office chair became hard & uncomfortable, so I decided to get one of those Forever Comfy cushions. Worked great.... for about 2 months. I agreed to do a STAT job that was only to be 90 min of dictation within a 24-hour period of time. When I first responded to do this job, I was told they found someone else to do it. I then recieved a phone stating that the original transcriptionist bailed on her and could I do it. Hi, I'm considering filing intermittent FMLA for chronic photophobia. Periodically I cannot look at the monitor and thus cannot work because of it.
