Can someone tell me how long it takes for them to send a box to return this computer?

since I have had it this long and after repeated requests for labels and no reply....if I keep the computer, can their proprietary platform, etc be removed and computer used for another transcription job? I am desperately looking for a new job but they all require a personal computer. Thanks! ...
