Opti-Script - how long it takes to hear from this company? - longtimemt

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to hear from this company? I took the test, now waiting. I know they said they do background check but was not sure if they did this before they hired or after. Had communication prior to the test almost immediately with recruiter, then after being sent the test link have heard nothing. Any information would be appreciated.

I was told 4 months ago that I passed the test and would qualify for an acute care position, but that I would be put on the waiting list and would be contacted as soon as there is an opening. I'm not going to bet my next paycheck that I'll be hearing from the anytime soon.

That is such an unbelievable crock of it, having people test - only for a stupid waiting list. nm

The killer part is that they didn't even tell me that there was a waiting list until AFTER they had me take the test. Had I known that, I never would have bothered to waste my time with it. I was especially mad because I had stayed up really late the previous night to finish it in hopes of being hired the next day. When I asked them about how long it may take for a position to open up, they couldn't even give me a general idea. They had an ad running on here not too long ago. If they have so many people on their waiting list who have already passed their test and are waiting to be hired, why are they posting an ad?

I took the test and never heard anymore from them, nothing about a list. I cannot imagine I did not pass it as I have taken these tests at least 10-15 times and have never failed one.

LOL... I suppose they'll pay your bills for 4 months.... SM - They must think very high of themselves

These MTSOs are pushing, pushing and pushing some more... as much as they can get by with... only because we're letting them.

I would send them my resume & fill out their darned application. Furthermore I would tell them I would be happy to test with them in 4 months, as well.

I tested with Opti-Script less than 2 months ago and I was told that I passed, but that there was a waiting list to be hired and that they would contact me as soon as they had openings. I have read so many good things about Opti-Script - tested recently but no openings right now. Low turnover rate - which is GOOD! So I'll wait.....So many slave shop companies out there - I don't want to go that route. Talked with some companies and tested with some. BTW, one gripe I have - testing for a company - and knowing you did well, but absolutely NO REPLY!!!
