Here we go with the threatening emails again. This is from the top dog though. He wants anyone putting in OOW tickets to be switched to weekend hours so we have turnaruond time compliance. Does he not know that there is no work on weekends either. They need to make up their minds. We still have to have day shift and weekday MTs working. We are suppose to be looking at our schedule and try to come up with some weekend hours to go with our weekday hours.

A few weeks ago our TSM did sort of "ask" although it was more like "tell" anyone not working the weekend to take some weekend hours, which I think is only fair anyway.

Choose obscure weekend hours when you know there is no work, clock in, punch out with NJA.
Done.
They are jerks. It's a game. They will have to realize that maybe with VR comes less work to each individual and the more OOW tickets! ugh.

Who gets weekends off? I switched years ago to Sunday through Thursday to accommodate TAT's. Now are we supposed to work every day in order to get our hours because they have outsourced our work? Come on, quit pulling our legs.

If your abbreviation said, Vern said, she is lying. Abbreviations will often lie and bully to accomplish TAT.

So you are supposed to wait days or weeks for a response from our TSM or CCM but then when they send an email you are supposed to respond to it? I don't think so. I would use the same excuses that get handed out: Never got your email, must have hit delete, computer crashed. Or just blatantly ignore the email altogether. Personally I would not switch your hours. There will be plenty of people stupid enough to switch and you won't have to. The work is there, it is in India. It has nothing to do with weekend or not.

Don't you just love how you get threatening e-mails wanting you to work more as clients are unhappy because their work is not getting back in a timely fashion. Where was this concern when we were running out of work on a daily basis and were expected to just sit and wait for work. There was no loyalty to their employees and so many quit, as they were tired of waiting and NO MONEY, and now they do not have enough employees for the work they have now.
