Just went to another job board and noticed SS has an opening for a recruiter. I'm wondering since I did call the company and talked to "A" about this person, if other people followed suit and they decided to let her go. I may call back and see if I could still be hired (it has been about a month since I had my bad interview experience with DN).

Must be the season for recruiters to switch. DR is no longer with Diskriter and now at TTS. nm - Deserted a sinking ship

I posted about the situation with DN about a month ago. I had the interview on 9/13 and when she contacted me, she was rather snippy and stated that she had tried to contact me earlier but got the message that all circuits are busy. Well, that will happen occasionally and I certainly didn't cause it to happen. Throughout the course of the interview with her, I felt that she was rude and condescending with her line of questioning especially in regards to the use of the BOS and the fact that the majority of her questioning specifically involved this. (I don't agree with some of the things that are written in there and I do not feel that it directly impacts patient care in general; however, if an employer requires its use, I will abide by it).

About 2 weeks or so ago, I decided to see if I could talk to someone there who was in a supervisory position over this particular recruiter and I did speak to someone there, who stated this was the first time he had received any type of complaint regarding this particular recruiter. I did call back just a while ago to speak to this person, who is the head of Human Resources reminding him of our conversation and stating that I would still be interested in employment. I guess I feel that since I tested, passsed and even though the inteview went bad, I am hoping that I can again be considered for employment. Just food for thought.

I wouldn't go to so much trouble to work for these people. I worked there 2-1/2 years and it was nothing but a nightmare. If you think the recruiter was bad, wait until you have to deal with the managers and QA. Granted they still have all straight typing, when there is work to do that is. Out of work is a constant problem.

exactly who they are as a company and how they operate as individuals within that company. Better to listen to them now than later.

A is an interesting HR person, note I didn't use the word professional. How A ended up in that position tells you all you need to know. Good luck.

I got an e-mail this week from one advising me that they have openings for full and part-time acute care after 11 a.m. and radiology 1st and 2nd shift, $500 bonus, yada yada yada. After some coworkers and I applied for positions with a different company, I was floored by how many went on and on about the recruiter being "so nice" and how that translated -- in their minds -- into a reflection of their immediate supervisor and everyone else within the company. Will it be a permanent, long-term assignment for me, or will the account be going back to the client, "in-house" or elsewhere as soon as the platform learns VR?" I didn't even apply to your company but for some reason they're all over me, calling and emailing. I type radiology only; I told the recruiter that. He insists I need to put in an application and test, but I'm not sure I want to spend the time and of course he refuses to give me any details until I spend it. I think it's terrible that an MQ recruiter is on this board alluding to threatening MQ employees and former MQ employees about voicing their opinions about this company and that somehow they can figure out who we are. I have applied to Nuance, and already went thru the online process. Also had friends at N submit my resume. I got a voice mail from a "Colleen" at Nuance today, saying she has my resume, but I have to complete some "Assessment", which she has emailed to me, as far as links to follow. Recevied a message from OSI recruiter giving instructions to register for testing? Anyone know how long it took to receive the confirmation code once registering?
