if it was a favorable answer to you, for those of us who might have been interested in LM. I had been thinking of applying to the ad they had up a couple of weeks ago before I saw this mess. Am very sorry for all the trouble caused for the LM MTs!

The eligibility rules are very clear. If you're still working for them, I'd not believe anything they are feeding you w/o talking DIRECTLY to someone at the DOL.

A simple Google search will give you the eligibility requirements and because your company decides to stop offering insurance wasn't on there.

No they did not decide to stop the insurance. They tried to get another insurance carrier who apparently denied them and the previous insurance carrier ended at the end of the year.

What idiot made the decision to let one lapse before the - other began. Geesh, we all know SM

Just so Landmark employees know, if you move beyond 60 days, the insurance game changes significantly. You're nearly at 31 days.

It was about twice the amount I was expecting, if I was to get anything at all! I'm pleasantly shocked! The DOL had called me about a month ago to ask me several questions about when I had worked there. The letter included with the check from Landmark said that they don't agree with it, but agreed to pay it anyway. LOL Hopefully there will be some other former Landmark employees who will also be getting a nice surprise in their mailboxes! ...

I was acquired 1 yr ago. I had 4 years service with previous company, and was told we brought that with us, so I assume now I have 5 years service, right? I've run out of work a few times this morning but each time for just less than 15 minutes. I understand we cannot do a remedy ticket until we are out 15 minutes.
