Just because what I ask may not be relevant to your bottom line of keeping things in TAT doesnt mean it isnt important..If I take my time to write to you, have the common courtesy to respond...Dont worry I wont write anymore,,and I damn sure wont answer what is written to me...Ill do my job to the best of my ability as always and answer to myself and myself alone

What took you guys so long? I've been ignoring them for months~~ What difference does it make, they're usually gone on PTO anyway...

I notice that my CCM and QA person are - on PTO a LOT

Not sure how much vacation time it adds up to, but the QA person was off for almost 3 weeks over Thanksgiving and Christmas, 4 days for Easter and probably another 3 weeks of "here and there" days throughout the rest of the year.

I bet they get like 4 or 5 weeks off, and then take extra days whenever they want and dont even have to report to anyone like we have to.

What I decided was,,,since I finally figured out who her boss is - plain and simple

Is to make up a bogus email address..and leave her director a general, not nasty email..Basically saying that 90% of the people on here are sick of the BS and if she cares to discuss it further contact me..and then to add, should I get no response from you I go to the illustrious one Vern..Will it do any good probably not but maybe it will make me feel better..Start taking names and emailing people..my CCM SUCKS...my QA is ok, at least she answers me and is pleasant.

I get overtime emails where they ask you to reply, but yet they dont reply to you.

There are *other* ways to protest these companies besides just picketing, or striking. Here's one very easy-to-do protest that we could ALL do for a week, a month, or (?), all the while getting more lines typed, and making a little more money in the process:

For, let's say, a week, lets:
Turn off our IMs.
Unplug our phones.
Delete all company emails, unread. (Or at the very least, DO NOT RESPOND).

Instead, just WORK. (After all, that's the only thing they pay us to do, right?) They're always harping about using our shortcut keys, working hard, working smart, not web-surfing, and NOT E-MAILING. So, then what do they do? They IM us to death. They interrupt our day (and our thinking) with endless e-mails about changing this format, or that rule. And do we get paid for taking the time to read and implement what is written in those emails? NO!!

So, as good as they've become at SHUTTING US OUT, maybe it's time to shut THEM out for a while, and just work. And if they want to continue to complicate our work by adding new lists, rules, and minutiae ad nauseum every day to our already too-complicated account instructions, maybe they better start to actually ACKNOWLEDGE OUR PRESENCE, instead of just ignoring us.

They pay us to type, so - we TYPE. They don't pay us to research, read e-mails, or IM people, so, we WON'T. And certainly not to THEM.

When I do spend the time, it's more for my own benefit than for theirs.

I'm even more likely to just leave blanks when it's a terrible dictator, and there are no samples to work from.

If they can't be bothered, why should I? Pay me by the hour, and I'll research all they want. Don't pay me for it? Not gonna get done.

I really seriously cannot stand when the work volumes are low, having to bounce around from account to account, in and out of our own BOB. It is hard enough trying to juggle the multiple number of accounts and all of their demands in the profiles, but having to go into another BOB is just plain ridiculous.
