how much does a CCM make - just looking for ballpark

And do they get bonuses based on TAT?   have always been curious about this.  There was a time when I made more per year than an asst. supervisor (back at my co. before MQ bought us out).  Of course that is not the case anymore. 

Any educated guesses?

mid to upper $40K to $50K range or so.

I heard that yes they do get bonuses based on TAT. I tend to believe it as it came from someone who should know, but I don't know that for a fact.

These corporations sure waste a lot of money on people who never even touch the revenue-producing product........

once that he needed for us all to work extra to get the weekend TAT times up to speed so he could get a bonus that he really needed since he had a new baby at home. A couple of weeks later we got an email from him stating he had been let go from MQ and he gave us his personal email so we could contact him because he expected the MQ mail to be cut off really soon. Well, I tried writing to his personal email and it came back as undeliverable. He had previously given us a website that had his new house, wife and baby pictures on it, so checked that for updates for a while. Then forgot about him. Wonder what former MQ CCMs do when they are let go. He was my 2nd CCM. I had 3 in my first year.

That's why there's all the "critical backlog" brouhaha emails to "encourage" us to work faster, so they get their bonuses.

I am still fuming about that whole CTL thing. What a waste of my time training and everything, doing my best to make it work and then just being blown off. This company handles people pretty rough.

but didn't get the MT incentive bonus we used to have. So sometimes we wouldn't get a bonus at all. I questioned it because high QA submission rates are almost entirely caused by the bad dictators...no amount of "coaching" the MT would ever change that. Not that they gave me any time to do one-on-one coaching with all the pointless spreadsheet busywork they made me do, plus time cards and schedules. Then switching everything to TeamWork. At least I met some good friends, other MTs.

of course the CTL position was dropped before the FTR program was started (thus drastically dropped the QA submission rate by default). How convenient.

My CTL was so wonderful. She seriously was one of the best "supervisory" people I have ever worked with at MQ, and I felt so bad for her when they demoted them all.

So to you ex-CTLs out there, if you were anything at all like the CTL I had (and I'm sure you were), you are fabulous and I'm so sorry for what happened!

Upper 40s to right at 60. Yes, they get big bonuses based - on TAT and keeping overtime down.

Some of their bonuses have been 8 to 10K.

The CCMs FAIL in virtually every way except keeping TAT and overtime down. So, they get more money.

Does not seem to matter a bit if they communicate with their charges or whether they even understand and enforce any policies.

As long as TAT is down and overtime is controlled, apparently that is all it takes.

The book I could write .... heavy sigh.

for years for this company, only staying because I finally got the schedule that worked best for my family. For many years I really enjoyed my job, was very productive and had 99-100% quality scores.

Now because of ASR and bouncing around on many accounts, I have been reduced to min. wage. and many days think about throwing in the towel for good.

So as long as I hit my required minimum lines per hour, I would make around $5.50 per hour, but they have to pay me min. wage. I guess I don't have to bust my butt anymore. I am killing myself trying to get even 150 lph on ASR. I believe they know that rate is next to impossible to achieve.

I never thought in a million years it would come to this.

Oh yeah, I am EXTREMELY grateful for the two 4-minute straight typing charts I got today.

We used to get all those critical nonsense backlogs and requests for OT and I thought I was the only one not working or not checking my email, but apparently the counts got so bad they offered the best incentive seriously I have seen from MQ in YEARS. They can and will pay out the bucks to get the work done, I have seen it. They know those weekend incentives are not even worth the time to read the email and even repeated requests for OT went unanswered. Not to mention the guilt trip/sob emails about patient quality, boohoo. I wondered where the bonus money came from- you all answered my question, apparently from the CCMs and above bonus. About time they shared!

I frequently see the Critical Backlog messages from CCM,wondering what happened to the time I used to get paid extra for keeping things in TAT. ?? Yes, I do question. When did it change that I don't get paid at least a little something more for helping to do that. And CCM says she wants to be fair to everyone. Doesn't quite seem fair to me.

As a former CCM, my salary was right around $50K. However, with bonuses that came from TAT amongst other areas, it came it roughly $63K a year. However, IMOP, it wasn't ever worth the effort it took to get the bonuses.

This was a few years ago but I don't imagine it's much different now. I found the pay rather low for the job expectations, which is why I left. I decided to accept a position at a local hospital. At least there I put in my 8 hours a day, work 5 days a week, make more than my salary with bonuses, and have 1/4 of the stress.

I remember a time when MTs were paid fairly. ThaI certainly is not the case anymore. It seems like everyone else gets raises/decent pay except us MTs, the ones who actually have to deal with all the rules/ASR.

I've been working with this company for over 90 days. The first 90 days was a paid internship. Paid hourly, minimum wage. I am now a full time employee...paid on production.   However, I can not even seem to make minimum wage while on production pay! It is driving me nuts and is very discouraging. After celebrating having no make-up pay last paycheck, I have an absolutely horrific amount of make-up pay this paycheck. The difference?????? Cesspool, a lot of bad audio and even worse ASR output than the normal terrible output. Got told today that my minor error rate is above metrics. They apparently have decided to inflict that on us now, despite the fact that I have passed every audit. They have also been auditing us every day. Gotta measure every bit they can think of! Didn't MQ make the CTL's become MME's?  If that happens to the MT's and you reject it, I assume you will be fired and if so, can you still collect unemployment?  What if you they point blank and say, you have to become an MME or you will have look elsewhere.  Can you somehow collect unemployment whether you quit or get fired or will you lose out unemployment benefits.  Basically, it is a no win situation for us MT's?  ...

I get soo uncomfortable sitting for at least 8 hours every day.  My right arm and hand just ache/sore constantly, and my fingers, especially on my right hand, are really getting painful.  I sit with my keyboard on my lap (on a pillow), sit with a pillow underneath and behind me.  My heel even hurts from using the foot pedal.  I'm wondering if a left hand keyboard would work for me, or an ergonomic.  I've used an ergonomic before (it broke) and didn't recal ...
