to comment on what any program can or cannot do. Otter is not the only legal program out there, which you would know if you actually did this work as you claim to. Not everyone has to have CR notes to get through a deposition. If someone is well qualified, good at their job, the CR notes won't make a difference either way in being able to produce a good transcript. Now go take a nap.
