Tweaking the resume isn't impossible, but can be a challenge. I played up my "ability to adjust to changing software programs;" "ability to enter multiple databases remotely;" "able to adjust to changes in handling different account rules," etc. Things like that take the eye away from the strictly medical transcription part. All these things I mentioned (and then some) are qualities that are needed in most jobs.
