cannot tell you who is speaking in a deposition. A CR's notes would give you that information. Personally, I think you're putting a lot of unintelligibles if you're making $35 to $60 an hour doing legal. Legal is just a bunch of crap with a court reporter turning on a recording machine and that's about it. People talking over each other and arguing at the same time. Try getting all those down without having to listen and listen and listen over and over again just to get a sentence. It's a job but anyone making $35 to $60 an hour doing legal must be getting the cream of the crop or just putting in a bunch of unintelligibles and moving on as quickly as they can.
