You stated that your last 2 paychecks are very late. If you don't have the check, that means you didn't receive it. I'm obviously missing something or don't understand the situation. If you are receiving your checks, why are we having this discussion? I would almost guarantee that the post office isn't holding onto your check for this length of time. I personally don't care if you ever get paid; I was trying to help you.
