A while back they hired even more people to help with Canadian account. Now, the account is leaving and they are tagging those employees to other accounts causing those accounts to run out of work. We will probably be in this situation until they pick up more accounts or some of the people decide to find greener pasture. Sucks, but it is what it is. Hate to be selfish, but my feeling is they should have let the people go they hired specifically for that account. But then if they pick up more accounts they would just have to hire on more people again.
