I get paid well, regularly, and I am treated with respect. There are a lot of small, privately held companies out there, but it seems there are people on this board that want those jobs handed to them. I looked for nine months before I found exactly what I wanted, and I took a lot of crappy jobs to get me where I wanted to be. If you are not willing to put in the time to find the good jobs, more is the pity for you.
