If you're 62, all you have to do is call your Social Security Office and set up an appointment, as you CAN as I did, collect with reduced benefits at age 62 as opposed to normal retirement age. When I calculated age 62-80 with reduced benefit, and 66.6 (normal social security age for me) to 80 years old, there was very little different in total.
