Absolutely agree with you. I don't believe they target employees in their 60s intentionally. Don't believe they have many (if any) MTs in their 20s or 30s.

Majority of their MTs are probably in their 60s or even older. Not many young folks in this dying profession. We are older and many have health issues, physical and mental, related to the demands of this career choice that force us to stick it out for just a couple more years.

We are like the Golden Girls of MT. Maybe pool our resources and invest in a mansion-sized retirement home in Hawaii where we can live out our days in paradise while taking care of each other. :-)
