From what I read recently, several people laid off have been 60 or older. I got terminated for supposedly quality issues and I was 61 at the time. If someone could figure out a way it could be proved I'd be willing to hear about it and I would be willing to pursue it further. However, Medquist/MModal/Aquity Solutions seems to know what to do to make sure they don't end up in any trouble like this so I'm sure it was merely just "luck of the draw" with who was let go.
