She bought properties in Florida and Texas under JTH and rented them to Keystrokes. It was a way to take maximum cash from Keystrokes renting them from herself, mortgage the properties to the hilt, default making mortgage payments, the settle for paying the mortgage company less then she took in bankruptcy court, without doing bankruptcy with KS.
