She probably got into trouble for not making the scheduled payments to the IRS. She wasn't paying for Chartnet either and was taken to court. If she hasn't made any payments to the IRS or SS for 2019, I highly doubt she will be debt free by the end of September. She is a con artist and a huge liar. Time will tell.
