I hope that is not what they are doing. I don't think it is because you don't have to be debt free to sell a company because it all comes out of the proceeds like in a real estate sale. My accounts seem to be good, and I have talked to others who say the same thing. I don't know what to think anymore, but I do know that I don't believe most of the posts here because they are getting worse and worse every time I look.
