Am I reading this right?
You started there 7 or 8 years ago. One night when you first started she pulled your lines up to midnight and underestimated how much you worked that "day." She didn't say anything when you corrected her. Okay. That's little rude. But I wouldn't carry it around for 7 or 8 years...
Then also "at that time" there was a lead working there who didn't know what NJA meant.
Then 7 or 8 years passed and you were on a "sweet account" that was lost.
Two months ago, you dropped off. Didn't take the VDI or Nuance work and TTCI didn't care.
Compared to what's been posted about other companies here, that sounds like a pretty good ride.
What am I missing?
