When TTCI first went with Nuance, unbeknowst to the MTS that she did that; we were told she got new accounts and that we had to use voice rec, which wasn't the case before and of course, she lays the lie of all times, "oh you will do twice as many lines." That should have been a warning right then and there. I wanted to scream!
I have moved on from that company and so happy, although I am hooked up with another N spin off and when the ties comes to do that VDI, I'm gone.
