There is no need to run nor continue to engage with repetitive rudeness and ill manners.
When you are ready to change your approach to grownup, professional, respectful, positive, constructive contributions toward change, stop by the MT coalition. We will moderate and remove disrespectful, rude and abusive comments and members. More people will comment both there (and on MTStars) when they knew they are dealing with a better atmosphere. Employer collective bargaining can intimidate others, and it's why we also welcome private contacts via the contact form.
Check the calendar, we will be reaching out to CEOs through to March, culminating on March 2nd, National Employee Appreciation Day.
