Lots of things wrong with a union. Union dues. No say in whether you strike without pay. Union will suck the MTSO dry with overpaying employees. Employees will get laid off more than they already are. You have almost no control when a union comes in. They are king, they are boss. They tell you what to do. It's just nonsense.
