I am finishing up with you to be polite. Yes we have leadership, something I do know something about, and yes I expect working MTs like myself to do OUR work for US. They are called self directed work teams and worker cooperatives. Nobody is going to wave a magic wand for you. Yes, we all have to do our part. Visit the site for more information before prejudging. I understand you and others have been "burned" by others in this industry. So have I. That is why I am doing this. That is why we all should do this. Negative responses are self sabotaging.
