WRONG. CPL rates are NOT stagnant! - PAY

"Agree, cpl rates have been stagnantly low and not adjusted for years"

You couldn't be more incorrect, which indicates to me that you are NOT qualified to take this on.

CPL rates for both in-house MTs and MTSO employees have been dropping STEADILY for YEARS.
