You sound incredibly naive, OP, which is probably why you are launching this effort. (Giving you the benefit of the doubt here.)

ALL employers now are "naughty, evil, misguided, or incompetent." It's the way the world is now. This is NOT exclusive to MT -- it is ubiquitous.

You need to get out more. Talk with people who work in other fields.
