I'm conflicted about staying, myself. I do a little bit of IC MT work on the side, and the people at CH have been nicer and more supportive than the the folks at the other company. I prefer the other company's platform, though.
It feels like CH's way of doing things sets production MTs up for failure, which makes me wonder what percentage of those MTs are actually working at FT status. Are they just dangling the benefits package in front of us as a carrot to keep us working even though that carrot can't really be reached?
