I don't mind working PT, but... - noob

...I'm regularly being reminded that I was hired to be a FT employee. It's true that I intended to be FT when I accepted the job offer, but their only solution for helping me get more work to achieve FT hours is to add more accounts. If I have to juggle more account specs, it's going to slow me down, not help me produce more.
