I don't get it either. My first day I was assigned 5 accounts. You are also supposed to work in the pool of all those accounts. Plus it is a mixture of every sort of work type you can imagine. It will take forever to make lines. I wondered if this is something they dreamed up for new hires.
They also use M-Modal as the voice part of their platform. Sound quality is horrendous, yet the jobs come through as drafts. Some reports have 2 and 3 or more corrections per line.
I am giving it 2 more weeks. If something doesn't change, I will be gone. Sad, because the people who work there are really kind and helpful.
It really is a stupid way of doing things.
