It perplexes me that anyone can think the answer to more hours is more accounts. Any successful employer knows this not to be true. Maybe you could explain how you are new, learning all these new accounts, and it is not helping you to be more productive. It just slows you down. I could not even imagine having so many accounts. The most I have ever had in my life is 3 and that was at Nuance. Now at both my jobs, one full time (not CH) and part-time (at CH) I only have 2 accounts. The 2 at CH are very similar fields so its not an issue at all. I would def say something and rattle some chains. Their success depends on your success. They must realize this I would think.
