The T is their contract, used to share the account with IMEDX. SN was TL for IMEDX on the account, jumped ship to Nac. Then the hospital dumped IMEDX and went solely with Nac. SN really is exactly what you said, she is dim. She is a snake who will lie to CR about you. Can't understand why CR puts up with her. SN is the reason I left. I am guessing quite a few people have left because of SN. If she left, I would ask for my job back.
