overly picky, excessive QA standards from what I read on the past posts.

If they're hiring, they're probably deluged with hundreds of resumes to wade through and probably takes a while. But once you have an offer to test, you'd think the owner or hiring person in charge would get busy on it and not dawdle.

If anyone has recent information, that would be great.
