Company is great/SN not so much - Truth teller

Christina (owner) is wonderful, kind, helpful, always professional. No issues with receiving payment. I have never witnessed any shady dealings. SN (manager/supervisor), however, is rude, unfriendly, not helpful, and just mean. She acts as if she is bothered or disgusted if you ask for help and will refer you to the manual even if the answer is not there. I've learned to contact the other members of QA who are all very helpful and nice.. SN is my last resort. I think the owner should check into this. Please do not allow SN to mistreat us the way she does. Other than that, I love this company!! Don't let one bad apple, SN, ruin your opinion of an otherwise great company/staff.
