See what that anti-MLS-employee policy got them? Apparently, exactly what they wanted. Just my opinion/experience, though. However, I worked for Synernet. I felt the benefits were great, but they had to be pro-employee enough to encourage motivation in order to get the work done. It's all about manipulation, and they're only pro workers in order to get what they want from us. It seems to me that Nuance never expected to need us long-term.
I've also worked for companies where the supervisor seemed to be an employee advocate, but after the fact, after I no longer worked there, I thought more about it and wondered if this was just my delusion.
