I have no doubt this is true, but any job I've had from transcription to corporate anything, my direct supervisor, which is supposedly what my OM is supposed to be, was also my advocate. If not, then who? I'm an employee, not an IC. There should be someone who I can go to to express concerns and who will help, acknowledge, anything. Maybe that is just one more thing that is wrong with this company. More of a look out for yourself and screw everybody else. And whoever MAZT is...whatever. I have no clue who you are or why you think I'm talking to myself. Of course, the way things are going these days, you're probably somebody from corporate who's getting paid to be a jerk.
